I’m Keelin Conant, a certified life and business coach and the creator of The Cyber Soul. I support men and women who are ready to grow, make a meaningful change, and bring something they’ve been carrying in their hearts into the world.

After 25 years in tech, I know how much technology makes possible. I also know how easily we can spend our days answering notifications, consuming information, and keeping everything running while our own ideas sit patiently in the background.
The Cyber Soul is about flipping that: from consumption to creation. Giving your imagination some airtime and using the tools around you to build something that matters to you.
You can love technology and still need room to hear yourself think. That’s where the human firewall comes in: protecting your attention, energy, and creativity so you have something left for your own life.

I built The Cyber Soul while working full-time, investing in an idea that mattered to me and continuing through plenty of self-doubt. That journey helped open the door to hosting OpenText’s Reimagining Cyber podcast.
I understand the vulnerability of creating something before you know where it will lead. I also know how much can change when you give that idea time, attention, and a plan.
